This presentation will explore “autism/developmental disability-related” anxiety, its role, and its characteristics in pediatric presentations of Autism Spectrum Disorder. We will examine the interplay of “ASD anxiety” and other features and vulnerabilities of ASD in the context of the considerable psychological impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorders.
