Morristown Medical Center Recognized Six Times as One of America’s ‘100 Hospitals with Great Orthopedic Programs’

December 6, 2019

Morristown Medical Center’s nationally recognized orthopedic program was again named to Becker’s Hospital Review’s list of ‘100 Hospitals and Health Systems with Great Orthopedic Programs.’ This is the medical center’s sixth consecutive year on the exclusive list, which is based on patient outcomes, satisfaction, and quality of care.

“The orthopedic team at Morristown Medical Center is constantly innovating and expanding its services and programs to offer patients the full spectrum of high-quality orthopedic care, which has made us a medical destination for patients across the nation,” said James C. Wittig, MD, Chairman, Orthopedic Surgery, Morristown Medical Center, and Medical Director, Orthopedic Surgery, Orthopedic Oncology and Sarcoma Surgery, Atlantic Health System. “Patients come to us to improve the quality of their life, and we employ board-certified experts and the latest minimally invasive technology to return them to their homes and lives as quickly and safely as possible. It is this drive that has led to national recognition across a number of trusted sources.”
