We offer the following services:
- Complete health assessments, physical exams and "Welcome to Medicare" annual wellness visits
- Well woman exams, including pap smears
- Newborn, infant and child care
- Adult and adolescent medicine
- Preventive medicine – our physicians will discuss screening tools to help keep you healthy, such as mammograms and colonoscopies
- Immunizations for pediatrics and adults, including hepatitis, Shingrix, Tdap, influenza, HPV, meningitis, among others
We Also Address
- Ongoing care for all medical conditions, such as: acute illnesses including (but not limited to) strep throat, infectious mononucleosis, bronchitis, pneumonia and gastroenteritis
- Chronic health conditions including (but not limited to) asthma, diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, arthritis and back pain
- Coordination of care with specialists, as needed
