The Atlantic Health System Team Member Relief Fund was designed to support eligible team members experiencing an unexpected hardship, beyond their control, through a financial grant to restore basic human needs such as food, clothing or shelter.
All applications are handled in the strictest of confidence and with the utmost care since sensitive personal financial information is needed to determine the amount of money awarded. All grant awards are need-based and provided in varying amounts up to $1,500. Proof of hardship must be presented at the time of request.
