We understand that kids just want to be kids and those with physically-limiting conditions are no different. That’s why Goryeb Children’s Hospital’s Division of Pediatric Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation focuses on making our patients’ lives more enjoyable and comfortable.
We create customized treatment plans that aim to improve strength and endurance. In some cases, orthotic and prosthetic devices and customized medical equipment, such as wheelchairs, strollers, standers and walkers, may be recommended.
In addition, Atlantic Rehabilitation offers feeding therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, audiology, speech and language therapy, and non-surgical spasticity management services for children.
As part of Atlantic Health System Children's Health, physician services are provided through Atlantic Medical Group and are on staff at Goryeb Children's Hospital.
