• Preventive physical exams that includes:
  • Routine pediatric and adult physicals
  • Pre-employment physicals

• “Welcome to Medicare” and annual Medicare well-visits
  
• Routine adult immunizations for the following: Hepatitis A and B, meningococcal virus, meningitis B, HPV, measles, mumps and rubella, Tdap, (Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis), Td (Tetanus and Diphtheria), Heamophilus Influenza B (Hib), Pneumococcal virus, Polio, Varicella (chicken pox), annual flu virus, and shingles 
• Chronic disease and medication management for the following:

• Office procedures we perform:
  • Cognitive testing, Mantoux (screening test for tuberculosis), fingerstick glucose testing, urine dip stick test, ear lavage for cerumen impaction (ear wax build-up), simple foreign body removal (ear, nose), arthrocentesis (joint injection and drainage), wound care or dressing changes
• Minor office surgery we perform:
  • Simple cyst excisions, biopsies of skin lesions, laceration repair, wart removal, skin tag removal, incision and drainage, ingrown nail removal, destruction of pre-malignant skin lesion (ex: sun damage), removal of imbedded foreign body (ex: splinters)
• Same-day appointments for sick visits
