Atlantic Health System is committed to providing the highest quality of care and patient experience for the communities we serve. To ensure the continuation and administration of exceptional service, Atlantic Health System started the Administrative Fellowship Program.
Our Administrative Fellowship Program is a 1-year, full time, project-based program designed to give recent graduates the opportunity to gain practical health care administration experience in a multi-hospital health system in New Jersey. The fellows will engage in high-visibility projects at a system-wide level to gain insight into areas of health system administration.
Fellows will also have exposure to and opportunities to work with the many affiliates across Atlantic Health System, including our six medical centers (Morristown, Overlook, Hackettstown, Chilton and Newton medical centers and Goryeb Children’s Hospital), Atlantic Medical Group, Atlantic Rehabilitation, Atlantic Visiting Nurse, Atlantic Ambulance Corporation, and the Atlantic Accountable Care Organization.
Along with guidance from the program preceptors, fellows have the opportunity to gain additional informal and formal mentorship through frequent interactions with senior executives, department managers, and front-line team members. Former Atlantic Health System Administrative Fellows will also offer ongoing and informal support to the current fellows. Learn more >
