A Message from the Director
Thank you for your interest in the Morristown Medical Center Emergency Medicine Residency Program.
Morristown Medical Center’s Emergency Medicine (EM) Residency Program has been in existence since 1978, NJ’s oldest ACGME accredited program. Our residency offers first class training in a tertiary medical center with excellent academic and clinical mentorship. We utilize teams-based approach utilizing the most up-to date assessment tools in our recently renovated emergency department.
Many of our alumni are now directors of emergency departments, academic emergency physicians and practicing emergency physicians. Many have also completed fellowships in specialty areas such as: emergency medicine services, emergency ultrasound, hyperbaric medicine, toxicology, critical care, disaster planning and pediatric emergency medicine.
Sincerely,
Frederick Fiesseler, DO, FACEP
