Each year, in the United States, more people die of lung cancer than any other cancer. An additional 16,000 new cases of esophageal cancer are also diagnosed each year. The earlier a patient is diagnosed with a thoracic cancer, the better the patient’s chances of recovery. That’s why we aim to diagnose and aggressively treat these cancers in their earliest stages.

Atlantic Health System Cancer Care's Multidisciplinary Thoracic Tumor Program provides state-of-the-art diagnostic and treatment services for disorders of the lung, mediastinum, pleura, esophagus and chest wall.
