Melanoma Treatment Options

Atlantic Health System Cancer Care provides comfortable, effective melanoma treatment in a patient-centered environment.

Our multidisciplinary team are board-certified surgeons, as well as specialists in  medical oncology, pathology and radiation oncology. Our nurses treat all forms of melanoma, including those in the skin, mucous membranes and eyes. We’re also experts in the treatment of rare or aggressive skin cancers, such as Merkel cell cancer and invasive or metastatic squamous cell skin cancer.

If melanoma has spread to other parts of the body, such as the brain, skeletal system or major organs, we’ll design a comprehensive plan to improve the patient’s prognosis by aggressively attacking the cancer. Treatments may include immunotherapy and surgical procedures.
