- Bachelor’s or master’s degree
- Official transcripts from all colleges and universities attended (GPA of 3.0 on a 4-point scale preferred)
- Cover letter discussing your desire to work in the physician practice setting
- Resume/CV
- Board Certification (BOC) or eligible
- New Jersey Athletic Training Licensure or eligible
- CPR/AED certification for health care professionals
Undergraduates are encouraged to apply during their last academic semester, prior to graduation. Acceptance will be contingent on receiving BOC and New Jersey Athletic Training Licensure.
