Chief Nursing Officer, Hackettstown Medical Center and Newton Medical Center
Donna Watridge RN, BSN, MBA, CCRN-K is responsible for Hackettstown Medical Center and Newton medical Center’s daily operations, including nursing, case management, emergency services, patient experience and more. During her tenure with Atlantic Health System, she successfully launched many new initiatives, including sports cardiology, cardio-oncology, heart valve, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, and bariatric concierge programs.
She began her career at Morristown Memorial Hospital in 1992 as a staff nurse and advanced to a management position overseeing multiple inpatient and outpatient units. Previously, she served as Program Director at Curative Health Services in Summit, New Jersey.
As a member of the Organization of Nurse Leaders New Jersey, American College of Cardiologists and American Association of Critical-Care Nurses, Donna has presented nationally and regionally on topics, such as medication reconciliation and best practices in nursing management.
Donna received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from William Paterson University in Wayne, New Jersey and her Master of Business Administration from Seton Hall University in South Orange, New Jersey. She is also certified in critical care.
